Sprenger Health Care celebrates the grand opening of Bluffton facility built by Fraser Construction
Sprenger Health Care celebrated the grand opening of their new Bluffton Branch on Thursday March 21, 2019 with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. The facility built by Fraser Construction includes 60 private rooms and 45 private assisted apartments as well as a 3,000 square foot therapy gym. The Bluffton branch is the second South Carolina location for Sprenger Health Care which hosts an on-site chapel, multiple eateries as well as a built-in outdoor fire place with patio seating.
As a national leader in Assisted Living, several Sprenger Health Care locations have previously been recognized by the National Health Care Association for their commitment to quality and improving the lives of residents through excellent care.
The Bluffton Branch located in Okatie Village boasts 9 different floor plans to choose from featuring private bathrooms and private skilled nursing. By incorporating coastal design influences that reflect the special characteristics of the low country, Fraser Construction has created comfortable social spaces that bring residents together for events such as the nightly social hour in the pub-lounge space and gourmet chef designed cuisine in the many available eateries.
The 3,000 square foot therapy gym is the highlight of the facility featuring orthopedic and short-term rehabilitation capabilities. Specialized amenities such as aquatic therapy allow the center to provide both physical and occupational therapy to residents and patients.
