Fraser Construction to build Sprenger Health Care’s senior living healthcare campus
Conficare, a senior living development and investment company has selected Fraser Construction to build Sprenger Health Care’s new 105 unit senior living healthcare campus located in Bluffton, South Carolina, neighboring Sun City Hilton Head. This state of the art facility will contain 60 private skilled nursing units and 45 assisted living units. Construction is expected to take 12 to 14 months and the new campus is scheduled to open in 2nd quarter of 2018.
