Fraser Construction is proud to have been the general contractor for The Bayshore on Hilton Head Island. “The Bayshore”, an independent and assisted living facility will open on June 26, 2017. A public open house will take place on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Construction began in January 2016 and a topping out ceremony was held in July 2016 for this new 126 unit, 153,000 sq.ft., five story senior living facility. “The Bayshore” will offer its residents who initially choose to live independently the ability to receive assisted living services while remaining in their own unit and not having to relocate to another unit.
Four levels of assisted living are also available, with services including medicine management, assistance with daily tasks, or more hands-on care.
“The Bayshore” will offer its residents facilities and amenities that will serve them today and in the future as their requirements change.
Amenities available to its residents will include:
- Full kitchens with washers and dryers
- A swimming pool
- Water views along Skull Creek
- A Day Spa with stations for manicures, pedicures, hair care and a massage area
- A golf simulator
- A movie theater
- Sunset cruises
- Gorgeous dining room overlooking the resort-style pool
- Outdoor bocce ball court
- Outdoor resident garden
- Library
- Café
- Arts and crafts center
- Courtyards with fountains and lush landscaping
There is no buy-in fee, and the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are monthly rentals.
