Carecore National Open House for LEED Building
CareCore National and the Town of Bluffton Development Corporation are conducting an openhouse of thier LEED Certified building and the Don Ryan Center for Innovation on January 14, 2014 6:00 pm.
Fraser Construction built the now certified sustainable building in 2010. The building achieved the US Green Building Councils Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Certification for New Construction.

The CareCore national headquarter building is a Design-Building 31,200 sq ft, two-story steel framed office building designed and constructed with a sustainable design. It serves as the new headquarters for CareCore National. The exterior is designed to appear as multiple smaller buildings to fit the image of the existing Buckwalter Place streetscapes. The exterior finishes include standing seam metal roofing, storefront windows and doors with variations of stucco and brick veneer, canopies, and exterior window shading structures. The interior is particularly illuminated with day lighting skylights to both introduce natural light into the building's interior and to reduce energy consumption. The building is heated and cooled by a high-efficiency mini boiler and cooling tower. The interior is constructed of basic office quality finishes with a nicely upgraded executive are finished in stain woods and an upgraded lobby with a spacious and highly finished corporate look.
