dwelling units. The cottages portion of the community includes 53 semi-custom,
single-family homes ranging in size from 1,800 square feet to over 3,500 square
feet. The wood frame, single-story homes have brick exteriors with asphalt
shingle roofs. The cottage buyers were allowed to make extensive custom changes
to the unit interiors and modest changes to the exteriors.
