Building News

Fraser Construction is building the 1st Commercial Leed Certified Building on Hilton Head Island for the J. Banks Design Group headquarters office at 35 Main Street, Hilton Head Island, SC.  Structure will total 19,000 sq. ft.  Sandstone Catering and another leased tenant will serve as additional retail venues outside the main building.
