The motto at Fraser Construction, built on a foundation of excellence, refers not only to the projects we build, but also to our company and the individuals who make up the Fraser Team. As a General Contractor, Fraser Construction has been dedicated to the highest quality construction in the Lowcountry and throughout the Southeast for over two decades.

Although the foundation for Fraser Construction was initially laid in South Carolina, today our market areas also include Florida, North Carolina and Virginia. That foundation is strengthened with each project we build, whether a clubhouse, resort facility, condominium, office building, institutional facility, religious facility, continuing-care retirement community or multi-family residential community.
