This highly
finished 22,968 sq. ft. conference center is located on Daufuskie Island, at
the Daufuskie Island Club. The construction is of structural steel and metal
stud to the roof bearing level, with a wood roof structure. The exterior is
finished in cementitious plank siding with metal and asphalt shingle roofs. As
with all projects on Daufuskie Island, all labor and materials were shipped to
the site by boat.
