This
clubhouse is a 36,000 sq.ft., two story, Type V steel structure on spread
footing with wood roof trusses and light gauge metal exterior walls. Cart
storage is located in a separate 7,500 sq.ft. building. The complex includes
both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and fitness facilities. The exterior
skin is stucco with a combination of copper and asphalt shingles on the
roof.
