This project includes 3 dry stack boat storage buildings totaling 12,072 sq.
ft. and a single story harbor master building with 1,286 heated sq. ft. The
storage facility is a steel structure with a metal roof system and aluminum corrugated
wall panels. The Harbor Master building interior features include stain concrete
floors and custom moldings. The exterior includes cedar shingle siding a metal
roof system with extensive brick paver work.
