This Clubhouse is a 8,400 heated sq. ft. one-story building with 15,000 unheated sq. ft. including porches. The scope of work included demolition of existing clubhouse and construction of new structure over existing basement. The building includes dining, lounge, bar, members room, board room, offices, bathrooms, kitchen and service areas. The interiors finishes include stone floors and extensive painted and stained millwork. The exterior finishes are cementitious siding with an asphalt shingle roof.
