This Clubhouse is a 8,400 heated sq. ft. one-story building with 15,000 unheated sq. ft. including porches.

The scope of work included demolition of existing clubhouse and construction of new structure over

existing basement.  The clubhouse includes Dining, Lounge, Bar, Member's Room, Board Room, offices,

bathrooms, kitchen and service areas.  The interior finishes include stone floors and extensive painted and stained

millowrk.  The exterior finishes are cementitious siding with an asphalt shingle roof.
