| The Sports
Club is a collection of wood frame structures and amenities including a fitness
center building, pool pavilion, pool restroom building, gazebo, lake pavilion,
tennis epipment shed, and outdoor walk-in pool with water slide and tennis
courts. Consisting of 8,479 conditioned and 12,930 gross sq. ft., the buildings
feature exposed heavy timber framing and wood paneled walls on the interior.
The architecture is characteristic of "red barn" farm structures in the rural
South and includes cypress siding and a barn tin roof. |
