Lighthouse Financial Center is a two story steel framed office building with light gauge metal-framed exterior and interior walls and a wood truss framed roof. The exterior is a combination of brick, stucco and storefront windows and doors with a standing seam metal roof. The project was completed in two phases with the bank portion completed first followed by the office section of the building.
