This building is an 18,000 square foot two story office building. The building frame is a combination of cast-in-place concrete foundation, structural steel moment frames and wood framed walls and roof. The exterior building finishes include stucco, hardie trim and entry porches with cypress ceilings metal roofing and tabby sidewalks. Interior finishes include slate tile common areas, granite counters and custom shop finished cherry millwork and wall paneling.
