The Hargray
Building is a two story steel framed office building with light gauge
metal-framed exterior and interior walls and a wood truss framed roof. The
exterior is a combination of brick, stucco and storefront windows and doors
with a standing seam metal roof. The interior features include a SMED floor
system allowing all power and communications cable to be placed under the
carpeted floors.
