This 2,500 sq. ft. building is a temporary sales office for Hampton Lake consisting of seven modular units with a site constructed front facade which reflects the Hampton Lake Lakeside amenities architectural style. The front facade is a heavy timber structure with cultured stone piers. Custom interior finishes of the sales center include extensive millwork with chair rail, paneling and wood beamed ceilings.
