This 12,000 gross sq. ft. Boathouse is located within the Lakeside community of Hampton Lake. The project includes 15 covered boat slips, a dockmaster's store with reclaimed pine flooring, a nature center, an activity room and large porches with lake views. The structure is supported by 200 wood piles and block wall foundations. Exterior finishes are a combination of hardi-plank siding and shingles, cultured stone and the roof is concrete tile by Monier Lifetile.
