story wood frame building includes offices for the development team as well as
a sales center for Hampton Hall. Containing 9,286 sq. ft., the exterior of this
building is a combination of Portland cement stucco, exposed heavy timber
framing and concrete roof tiles. Interior finishes for the sales center include
custom painted millwork, wood, carpet and tile floors and extensive exhibit
casework and lighting.
