This project included substantial renovations to the Seabrook health center and included major mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical changes to accommodate the patient room layout changes as well as changes to the nurses station and common rooms. By scheduling the work in two phases, the renovations were accomplished without closing the health center.
