Riverview Charter School project will be for code improvements and upgrades for a future charter school. Improvements include but are not limited to entry revisions, ANSI/ADA accessibility and egress revisions, rated wall revisions, hardware revisions, new exterior classroom doors, new classroom egress windows and parking requirement revisions as required by the International Building Code and the SC Office of School Facilities.
Educational Services Offices project will be for code improvements and general renovations to convert existing school spaces into suitable office spaces. Improvements include but are not limited to interior painting, restroom renovations, new acoustical, interior light fixture replacements, interior and exterior door replacements and signage. |
