Design-Build option guarantees that your development will be completed on time
and at or below the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Fraser Construction has found the
Design-Build option to be particularly well suited for growing companies with no
real estate development staff, for non-profit organizations who need a
guaranteed budget before fund-raising and for schedule critical projects with
limited development resources.
