of Charlotte Villas include five buildings containing a total of 247 condominium units. Villa buildings A and C are four-story structures. Villa buildings B,D and E are five stories over parking. All buildings are concrete frame on spread footings with wood truss roof systems. The exterior skin is a combination of brick, fiber cement exterior siding, aluminum window and patio doors, and asphalt shingle and built-up roofing. All units included custom buyer options for flooring, millwork, cabinets, plumbing, lighting and other finish upgrades. |
