This clubhouse is a 40,000 square foot, two story building with concrete and
steel structure supporting wood truss roof system. The lower level includes an indoor
pool, laundry, house keeping and maintenance operations as well as a crafts and
activity room. The upper level includes administration offices, kitchen, dinning
room, ballroom, lounge and library.
