This fitness building is a 5,400 heated square feet one-story addition to the existing natatorium at the Country Club of Hilton Head. This addition includes a kid's center, men and women's changing areas, aerobics room, stretching area, cardio and free weights room. Interior finishes are resilient wood flooring, crown molding and ceramic tiles. Exterior is stucco with a combination of copper and asphalt shingles on the roof. The project also included the replacement of locker room finishes in the existing locker rooms.
