This twenty unit condominium project is located near the new Bluffton Library in Bluffton, SC.  These two-story wood frame townhouses include carriage houses and efficiency suites that can be occupied separately from the townhouse.  All buildings have brightly painted fiber cement siding and fiberglass shingle roofs.
