The Berkeley Hall Cottage Grill and Golf Pro Shop are golf cottages temporarily housing the Grill and Pro Shop while the Golf Club is constructed. These cottages are wood frame structures with wood siding and architectural grade asphalt shingles. The Grill has a full service kitchen and bar as well as an added service deck and walk in cooler. The Pro Shop includes a large display area, office and men's and women's restrooms.
